Bay Area Rural Transit (BART)

BART provides bus and shuttle service in the Chequamegon Bay area including Bayfield, Washburn, Iron River and Ashland. BART also runs a free shuttle from area lodging to the Big Top Chautauqua each season.

Level 3 EV Charging StationEV Charging Station

There is a Level 3 charging station located in the parking lot on the corner of Washington Ave. and East 6th Street in Washburn, near the Bayfield County courthouse. Payment can be made by credit card or by using the EVGATEWAY app. There are 2 different plugs to accommodate different types of vehicles.
