BLU studio + wellness
Join BLU and Penny Print for an evening of guided meditation and artistic expression. Students will be brought through a visualization to encourage their creative spirit. Then the group will transition to the ancient Japanese art of, Suminagashi “floating ink” where students will layer ink on water and create unique marbled prints on rice paper and wood.

In this workshop hosted by Betty Sitbon & Olivia Haman, young artists (ages 7+) are invited to learn about Pop Art through artists like Roy Lichtenstein, comic books, and superheroes!
Attendees will learn what their superpowers are and discuss how we can use our strengths to be our best selves and impact our community in a positive way.
Together, the group will improv a scene, develop a story-line, and create comic strips.
Workshop price: $30/person
Join USFS Staff for a fun, educational program to learn all about tracking wildlife in winter! Events will begin with a short educational presentation, interactive activities and games, and end with a snowshoe fieldtrip on NGLVC grounds so participants can put their new knowledge to the test in the field! Registration is required (and free!). Please Email Amanda Koval @ email@example.com with your child's name, age, preferred event date and contact information to register. There will be a 10-participant limit (excluding parents) per event.
All educational materials will be provided. Please bring appropriate winter outerwear and pack snacks or a lunch if you would like. Hope to see you there!
