Vappu* ~ May Day celebrates the victory of spring over winter and darkness, making our way to warmth & sunshine. To celebrate Spring, Meadmaster Jon has made 'Sima', a Finnish style Spring Mead with a northwoods twist. We'll also have some special spring treats & music to help welcome spring! *What is vappu? Vappu is celebrated annually on May 1st and marks the end of winter.
